Management consulting

Management consulting is the art of using specialized minds to reach the desired goal of the enterprise in the business world, combining efficient multiple strategies, while providing the best service to the employer, employees and the community.

The need for management consulting is increasing because of the development and growth of human knowledge, therefore the development and growth of areas of specialization to the extent that, it is not possible for the enterprises to surround them all, and master the various aspects, the enterprises from time to time consult in a specialized area . Even if the enterprises can employ full-time specialists in most fields, there may be a need to consult specialists at a higher level of qualification and experience or an area that does not exist in the enterprise.

The use of non-specialized management consulting offices has shown serious risks due to lack of appropriate specialization, which may cost the enterprise to lose investment or inefficient solutions.

The use of an external management consultant has several advantages:

1 – There are better conditions for the independence and neutrality of opinion, compared to the internal employee who may be affected by personal considerations and interests or the balance of power and influence within the enterprise.

2 – The availability of better conditions to achieve the overall vision which is a prerequisite for the safety of advice, compared to the internal employee, who may be difficult to achieve this vision because of his immersion in his management or concern with the data of his job.

  1. The External Adviser provides greater possibility and opportunities for the formation of advisory task forces, which include multiple disciplines linked to the subject of consulting , which is also available among internal staff, but a shadow of their experience, prejudices, competition for visibility and possibly conflicts may be reflected in their work on the team, threatens to affect the safety of counseling.
